Superintendent Dr. Frank Morgan provides an update on the October 20th School Board Meeting, which was held in the District Office Board Room.  Topics include the budget, “Safe Schools, Healthy Students” budget, and Milken Award winner Robert Ondere, a math teacher at Lugoff-Elgin High School.  The next School Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28th, at 7 p.m.  The location will be announced shortly.
